The Bain Inspirational Leadership System improves upon typical leadership approaches and is differentiated along four key dimensions. It is “customer-led,” analytically rigorous, available to all and follows a many-to-many approach.

Leadership model

The inspirational leadership model is made up of 33 elements that are statistically significant in their ability to inspire. These elements are organized into four segments: developing inner resources, connecting with others, setting the tone and leading the team.
