Design principles
Based on extensive research, we have set a handful of design principles to differentiate this approach from the start:
Based on others’ input, not leaders’ reflections: We take a “customer-led” approach by asking your colleagues what inspires them about working with you.
- Analytically rigorous: All of the elements that make up our approach to leadership are proven to be statistically significant in driving inspiration across every level of an organization.
- Available to all: Inspirational Leadership can—and should—be developed by everyone. The sooner all employees start developing inspirational skills, the stronger and more valuable these skills will be.
- Many-to-many approach: Instead of one leader inspiring the masses, many employees are able to inspire many others in roles both above and below them.
